🛠️ RHines3DPrints: Terms of Service

1. The Nature of 3D Printing
All items are custom-made using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology.
• Unique Variations: Please note that 3D printing is not a "perfect" process. Minor surface imperfections, visible layer lines, and small artifacts are a normal part of the manufacturing process and add to the unique character of your item.
• Material Limitations: Most items are printed in PLA (a biodegradable plastic). While durable, PLA can warp if left in high-heat environments (like a hot car) and may break if dropped or handled roughly.

2. Custom Orders & Personalized Items
• Design Approval: For custom designs, production begins only after the final design and color choice are confirmed by the customer.
• Non-Refundable: Due to the personalized nature of custom prints, all sales on custom or personalized items are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear manufacturing defect.

3. Safety Disclaimer
• Choking Hazard: Many of our toys and "flexi" items contain small articulated parts. These are not intended for children under 3 years old or for anyone who may put small objects in their mouth.
• Not Food Safe: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our 3D-printed items are for decorative or functional use only and are not dishwasher-safe.

4. Shipping & Lead Times
• Processing Time: Since we print to order, please allow 2-4 business days for your item to be crafted before it ships.
• Shipping Damage: If your item arrives broken due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
